All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit
quantities or discontinue products at any time. Batch 001 is limited to 200 boxes and will not be restocked.
Orders & Payment:
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate. We accept all major
credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify Payments. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
Shipping:
We ship to the continental United States only. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon
delivery to the carrier.
Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact
info@bamcharcoal.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Product Use:
BAM Charcoal is intended for outdoor use in charcoal grills and smokers only. Never use charcoal indoors. Follow all safety guidelines on
the product label. BAM Charcoal LLC is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper use of the product.
Intellectual Property:
All content on bamcharcoal.com, including text, images, logos, and brand assets, is the property of BAM Charcoal LLC and may not be
used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAM Charcoal LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising

Governing Law:
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County,
Nevada.
