We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your BAM Charcoal purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of
delivery and we will make it right.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Please email
info@bamcharcoal.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation
once your refund has been issued.
Partial Use:
We understand that charcoal is a consumable product. You do not need to return unused product to qualify for a refund. If the product did
not perform as expected, tell us what happened and we will take care of it.
Damaged Products:
If your product arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no
charge.
Non-Returnable Items:
Wholesale and bulk orders are non-refundable except in cases of product defect or shipping damage.
