SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Destination:
BAM Charcoal ships within the continental United States only (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or
international destinations at this time.

Standard Shipping:
All D2C orders include free standard shipping via USPS. No minimum purchase required.

Overnight / Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout at the customer's expense. Rates are calculated in real time based on your delivery address via USPS Priority Mail Express.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed and fulfilled through our fulfillment partner in Trinity, North Carolina. You will receive a USPS tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@bamcharcoal.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue promptly.
